Industrial Boiler Plant Services:

With our experience & in-depth knowledge of the industry, we offer clients bespoke Boiler Supply packages, Installations and commissions. Boiler Service projects are available to all types & makes of industrial & commercial plants. Specializing in single or multiple fuels, steam, thermal heat transfer fluid, super heaters along with economisers.

Annual Insurance Strip Downs & Over Haul:

Packages are available during full strip down service for Annual Insurance Survey Inspections, in addition we also offer cleaning & UT testing along with Valve Repairs, Economiser & flue cleaning & Hydraulic Testing. The aim as always is to strip and rebuild a clients boiler in a short time period to reduce downtime while also reducing maintenance costs to your plant.

Refractory & Brick Work:

We currently Supply & Install many types of boiler refractory, Brickwork, Quarls along with Castables. Following removal for UT Inspection & Repairs, the team of engineers will renew as per burner manufacturers specifications in a short time scale to minimise down time.

Maintenance:

Both Gas & Oil Units need to be serviced at least once a year. For safety, efficiency and to lower the chances of failure we would recommend to have your Gas or Oil boiler serviced at least twice yearly. We offer competitive yearly maintenance contracts and scheduled servicing works.

Break Down Services:

Engineers provide a 24hour Break down Service in which our experienced team of  engineers, electrical engineers, plumbers, pipefitters and welders are available on call to ensure each client’s premises can continue to run smoothly through out the year. This service is offered to new & existing customers alike.

Marine Boiler Plant:

We provide a range of Marine Plant boiler Services Such as Boiler Supply, Installation, commission & service to new and used marine plant/thermal fluid heaters. Furthermore our break down service is also available to Marine Plant clients ensuring schedules are not delayed due to break downs.

The engineers have experience of working with single or multiple fuels, steam heaters/boilers along with engine stack economisers.
